Chinese Language on you iphone!

Instruction:
-Go to Installer/Add source
-http://iphone4.tw/unlock
-Refresh
-Go to Installer/Install/iPhone4.TW 1.1.4/Kevin3688
*NOTE: other firmware like 1.1.3 can install Kevin3688 by going to iPhone4.TW 1.1.3/
-Restart your phone
-Go to Setting/General/International/Language/

1.1.4*ONLY* Unlocking using iPlus(for Advance User)

WARNING: this method only applicable for 1.1.4!

FAQ:
1.if i have jailbroken 1.1.3 can i use this method?
ans: yes, so long your ultimate firmware want it to be 1.1.4
2.does it come with GUI?
ans:no, this is purely dos command(if you don't know what i'm talking about. please don't use this method)

Basic of iPlus 2.0b:
. Unlock Fw 1.1.4
. Activates iPhone and YouTube
. Unlocks phone at baseband 04.04.05
. Support for Custom Payload(Payload is Appsupport to solve callerID and sms crashing issue)
. Solve Locate me function from Google maps
. Custom GPRS icons (replace the block icons)
. Ability to enable-disable the auto-correction feature(Do not require KB installtion)
. Pre-Installed Packages:
- BSD Subsystem
- OpenSSH
- Term VT-100

Download:
1.1.4 Firmware
iPlus2.0b (payload international already included)
*payload is a package contain Installer, BSD Subsystem, keyboard, appsupport,..etc

Instruction:
1.Whichever firwmare you are on you need to "Restore" it to 1.1.4
(you must use 'Restore' function not 'Update')
2.on your computer Go to Start/Run/cmd
3.dos-prompt will pop-up
4.plug-in your locked 1.1.4 iphone
5.from dos you need to locate your iplus2.0b folder then run command "iplus -u"

6.JUST NEED TO WAIT TILL DOS INDICATE DONE!
7.It takes me about 6mins to finished-up iplus process

Repair your iphone after iplus process:
*Need to go to "cmd" change directory till iplus folder then key-in
"ipdo -D" this mode is forcing iphone to enter into DFU(Device Firmware Upgrade) mode.
DFU mode is used to force iphone to reflash(restore) into desired firmware.

Simcard Contact to iPhone

SimPort! will act as Sim Manager whereby you'll be able to select all your simcard contact and import it as your phone contacts.

Instruction:
- Go To Installer/Install/iClarified/SIMPort
- Press on menu button to refresh application list
- Tap on SIMPort then Hit "Import"(by default will auto-select all contacts)

- Viola! You've copy all the contacts

- Press on Menu Button let home screen refresh
- Thats All!, you'll see contacts icon like this:

-Tap on Done/Refresh.

i don't see a point to upgrade to 1.1.4 as it does not fix significant bug.

Extract file using 7zip,
Install First File(remm to read instruction)
Install Second File to overwrite current problematic version(solved on ringtone can't transfer issue)

Customize Personal Ringtone for iPhone

After, much request i finally decided to do research on customize ringtones for Windows User.

My Product Specification:
1.1.3 jailbroken + unlock iPhone
iTunes 7.6.0.29
mp3 song

Tutorial:
1. Open iTunes make sure ringtone folder is there.
(if it is not, might need to consider re-inst itunes with latest version)


2. Making sure Import Using 'AAC Encoder'
- from itunes go to Edit>Preference or Press Ctrl and ,


-Go to Advanced>Importing>Import Using 'AAC Encoder'>OK


3. Convert Mp3 to M4A file
-Go to Music Library
-Right Click at the song that you like
-Left Click on Get Info


- After that Go To > Options
Key-in Start Time & Stop Time (TESTED: max. 40secs, 42 secs fail, 60 secs fail)


- Now, Go back to Music Library, Right Click on that song again
you should see "Convert Selection to AAC" just click it.
- In split second, you should see a duplication of the same song title.
- I need you to drag out that song to Desktop computer and
change file extension(by renaming) to M4r instead of M4a

- Once extension changed, can just delete the song from playlist(Music Library)
***need to go back to original song and remove start time and end time for normall playing.
- Double click on M4R file from Desktop, immediately you'll see the file is under ringtone folder
of iTunes.
- Then, Just need to plug-in iPhone.
- Go To Ringtones, Tick on selected tone and Hit Apply.

-Enjoy your new ringtone :)
